- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Moved into Allen White September after having twins. Got settled in and started noticing a few things that I didn't agree with like holes in the ceiling, wired coat hanger holding up the bathroom sink piping. Reporting alot of things that needed to be changed nothing was changed. Started getting aggravated began looking for a new home. The longer I stayed at Allen white the more I found stuff wrong with the apartment like in the water heater closet was full of mold and the water heater was sinking in the floor from water damage. Reported the problem never did anything about it. I have 2 twin boys and mold is not good for babies or adults really irratated. Called the landlord (Karen) let her know we were moving in February by February3rd all of our stuff was out. Our rent was $139 I was working so it went up but she tried charging me for saying for February when I was not in the house. Also waited to tell me while I was moving that if I was stay to bring the twins birth certificates and their social security cards and my rent will go down. Didn't understand why she was telling me this after living in the apartment for four months.By Timbra White, May 18, 2017
